▪ ULTIMATE POWER AUSTRALASIA LTD is a New Zealand subsidiary company, located in Auckland, NZ. Established to be part of the Global presence of its Portuguese holding company Ultimate Power Lda, and a regional representative in New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. ULTIMATE POWER LDA was established in 2012 with headquarter located in Lisbon, Portugal, and operates globally in 65 countries around the world.

▪ Being a company managed by a board of Engineers, we fundamentally believe that our products have to deliver verifiable and cost-effective solutions to capital expenditure managers. Hence, the core of our business relies substantially  on Research & Design. Our main focus is the development of technological solutions and systems, targeting the field of Energy Efficiency in industry and transportation sectors. Our fuel saving and Hydrogen Gas generation products are specifically designed to reduce the consumption of hydrocarbon fuels, such as Diesel, Petrol, LPG, Coal and Petroleum Coke, of which its consumption substantially impacts our economy and environment.

▪ Over the past eight years, we have successfully architected the development of unique products and technologies that aim to decrease consumption of petroleum-fuels and to lower the carbon footprint associated with its consumption. Moreover, our company continues to increase the number of targeted applications, where ULTIMATE CELL® products can be implemented and used successfully. We continue to develop products and solutions applicable to a variety of fields. These products must improve energy efficiency, environmental protection, and enhance operating-cost reductions.

▪ The product-line commercialized by ULTIMATE POWER LDA company is called ULTIMATE CELL®. It consists of multiple internal and continuous-combustion optimizing products. Designed to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, by generating and injecting hydrogen into the combustion system, utilising its catalytic effect to the fuel burn. ULTIMATE CELL® technology is available in different categories, capacities, and divisions. It is relevant to diverse applications and sectors, such as industrial - cement production, pulp, biomass, municipal solid waste incineration, power generation, automotive transportation, marine, among others.
